Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the unused device and all original accessories in their original box to ensure no damage occurs during transit.

  Ship to Our Facility

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked postal service to send the package back to our quality control department for inspection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
